I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were very comfortable, with breathtaking views, and extremely clean. The management and staff even surprised me with a lovely birthday gesture, including rose petals, balloons, and a delicious chocolate cake. However, I did find the rooms a bit small for the price compared to other hotels and slightly outdated. Other than that, I was happy with my experience.

The service at the hotel was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay special. Everyone, including the General Manager, Mr John, was attentive and provided impeccable service. Even during the busy Christmas season, they always had a friendly smile and made sure all my needs were met.
